I love a duck

Oh, yeah, whole roasted duck is one of our favs, minus all the fat that you collect. Well, I guess it can be reused for frying.

Yup, they sure were tasty and next time they're going to be even better

How did they come out?

Not bad but definitely room for improvement. I was too rushed, it was too late. You should really cook them slower and longer to get them tender. Next time. The herbs and resulting gravy was really good though.
