If that is your hex, yes. You could add trusted relays to the file as shown on the example but it's not mandatory. For "Access-Control-Allow-Origin header set to *" you'd have to set that in the ISS manager of your server (ISS6) or you could probably also allow reading of the file via the htaccess file.

I don't know. I just created the JSON file, then created the ".well-known" directory in the root directory of my webhost (maybe that should be the WWW directory?). I can't read it either...
