BIP91 is Segwit and was contentious, as shown in your screenshot. Segwit2x was not contentious, as shown it was universally rejected.
Segwit 2x was rejected but they tried to railroad it through anyway.

They tried. The New York Agreement was so obviously attempted corporate capture and the network did what it was supposed to do.
