Does reposting a note rebroadcast the entire post to your relays, or only broadcast the @note link to that post?

I think it just broadcast the note link. I think I read it in the documentation. BUT THIS IS NOR DEFINITE. I DON'T REMEMBER THE EXACT THING.

The content of a repost event is the stringified JSON of the reposted note. It MAY also be empty, but that is not recommended.

this is what the NIP 18 says. So I think its the entire note.
