Probably dropping coffee 💯 is the best but then life may lose meaning.

Yes, I've dropped coffee the earliest day's when diagnosed with MS because i had to get high doses of cortisone, but now I'm drinking 1-2 per week sugar less, i will try it with stevia.

Stevia is nice but coffee doesn't need any sweeteners, it can be sweet by itself though it's a different kind of taste. You need to develop it and only use freshly roasted beans, preferably from a local roaster.
