The main way today that corporations control your mind is through Corporate Mass Social Media, that is, stuff like Instagram, Facebook, TwitterX, TikTok, VK, Weibo and the like.

Its as it happens, also the main way they have of tracking you since it tends to link one personal identity and associated social graph to all of your device and web activity.

Thus, the best thing you can do to secure your privacy, and also to limit your exposure to controlled and forced narratives (since nearly all corporations are in bed with each other, including legacy media corps), is to delete your CMSM accounts.

Though before you do, change all of your identifying account information to random or incorrect garbage, since the criminal CMSM operators never delete your data anyway, they'll end up with a confused mess in their database for eternity. Just as a last "fuck you" to them.
