I don't see how this is profitable for the delivery company in our current urban environment, especially in cities like LA, San Francisco, NYC, Chicago and others.

Shared infrastructure isnโt going to work for autonomous robots. At least drones require a pilot in command to monitor the airspace and be ready to intervene. Sucks for Amazon delivery because it screws up margins but good for the industry.
