Boeing workers in the United States have ended their seven-week strike after voting to accept the company's latest contract offer. The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) announced that 59% of its members voted in favor of the deal, which includes a 38% pay rise over four years and a one-off $12,000 bonus. The agreement also addresses changes to workers' retirement plans. With the strike now resolved, around 33,000 employees will begin returning to work as early as Wednesday.
