33% of jobs/tasks must be done immediately.
33% can be postponed.
33% won't be done (a simple 'No')

Right, especially as a middle aged man you should. Because everybody wants something from you. Your boss, your wife, your kids, your parents, the state and its offices etc. Can't serve everybody every time.
