However assuming you wanted to find the owner so you could send them some sats. you could search the nostr protocol for any 1063 events and who they where signed by. then filter that down by your WOT. That would show you who in your WOT "claimed" to own the file

Also If you where looking for the torrent hash or magnet link for a file. then signed 1063 events that contain the sha256 hash and torrent details could be a perfect bridge between a files sha256 hash and other P2P protocols like torrents or IPFS

Once you have a file ID you can use nostr to start advertising where it is or any other metadata around it
