Awesome, do you have set intervals on other days? How's your training consistency?
I am hangboarding on a daily basis now, alternating between max hangs, repeaters and Steve bechtel pyramids
I often train way below my 60% max hangs since that’s enough to produce adaptations when mixing with big muscle groups lifts 😅
