Why should anyone pay for Casa’s services instead of setting up an Electrum multisig for free?
According to Jameson @lopp, there are two main reasons: the easy to use Casa app which guides users at every step, as well as the customer support which allows Casa customers to talk on the phone with a real human.

Because people are dumb. They are just exposing attack vectors without any additional benefits. You are literally paying for something which is available for free on the internet🤡
I won’t talk about institutions who require to have such solutions to hold #Bitcoin.
