Yeah we've been discussing that. Definitely would be easy for somebody to do but would there be an incentive to do it other than trolling?

People will just because they can, human nature when there's a workaround etc...
Also applies to paid groups and stuff, people can share that content from telegram to x etc but would be much easier to automate if it's all through nostr
