Yes, we are hosting the mutinynet one and the signet mutiny wallet uses it.

Yeah, it's got the same APIs and is fully loaded. Will need more documentation on how to access it but if you load up Mutiny on signet, the settings show should the API URL to use. Labeled as LSP.
