I use Ubuntu and am now finally getting use to it. Does Fedora have a similar UI?

Fedora is pretty much vanilla gnome, but it has the best wayland integration on the market in my opinion.

I am a tech neophyte, so forgive my ignorance. But if I understand correctly, it's faster at calculating because it attempts to be all inclusive?
