Do you mean yuca as in cassava/manioc/tapioca? Yucca is something else here.

Yeah I have about 20 or so plants growing. I planted them mainly as a support species for my fruit trees but then I realised I'd be disturbing their roots if I harvested the cassava.

They're my other SHTF starch source.

I've only harvested 1 plant so far & it was pretty small. The tubers made a great mash & lovely fries though.

I'm growing them in the drier parts of my plot now. They're equally as low effort as the cassava.
