The content your seeing indeed depends on which relays you are connected to and to which relays other people are connected to.

It can be helpful to include some larger (paid) relays to see less spam and more value.

Or Eden.nostr.land

Just connect to a few well populated relays… there was a site where you could see the popularity of relays, I think it was built by #[4]​ ? Not 100% sure
