Marina Abramovic: The Artist Is Present (2010)

Abramovié and Ulay, once lovers, hadn't spoken in over 20 years when Ulay surprised her at her 2010 performance, The Artist Is Present, at MoMA. For two and a half months, Abramovié silently sat across from visitors, inviting a wordless connection.

When Ulay sat down, Abramovic looked shocked, then smiled as tears filled her eyes. Without speaking, they shared an intense moment. She reached for his hands, and he leaned in, whispering, "You were not just another visitor, you were my life."

The audience erupted in applause, moved by the raw emotion. Ulay left, and Abramovic, visibly shaken, resumed her performance. https://video.nostr.build/bdd973f2cac2464690b96dc9b38291366df83e8be1456cc41329d7e39e883762.mp4

I don’t like her, and I find this kind of modern "art" quite... lame.

Just an honest critique—I do like your page, though.
