Learn to know when you’re not in the field. Learn to put down your shield, take off your helmet, turn off your fight mode. Learn to lay back away from all the noise and let calm in. Look for that solitary ray of sunshine, for those two fragile leaves that have made it through the cracks in the concrete.

You’re not alone, look around, stay open, your people will find you. Take the help, hold that hand, give trust a chance. Love is also around, leave some doors - your mind and heart - open for it.
