There's always a certain amount of spam out there doing that for us. The nice thing about relays is they scale horizontally so they really don't need to scale too far.

Clients can be stress tested, but it looks more like malformed notes coming from relays to test client logic. Not a lot has been done here yet, other than kieran's evil relay.
