☑️ yes, and they’ll pay for consultation

☑️ no, Nostr needs more users first

☑️ I’m interested, tell me more

No.

Nostr needs better ease of use.

Yea it does … but how does Nostr become easier to use? Is it Protocol improvements, more libraries, or better apps?

The latter is what more businesses apps will provide… they will bring better apps to Nostr, no?

Apps are how humans interact with the protocol.

It's pretty clear most humans are not liking the apps for nostr, or we'd have alot more users?

You can post memes with hashtags here and make some money.... there's no reason the masses shouldn't join....but they are not.

I totally agree. Better apps will bring more users?

I also see an opportunity for apps with existing business models to integrate with Nostr. Think : classified ad apps, neighborhood apps, house sharing apps, professional services apps, business review apps, travel review apps, ect … Because Nostr is where independent apps can thrive together, rather than being swallowed up or pushed out by the big ones.

But I may be off my rocker?

Read the article. 🙏

Agreed. But ease of use has to come 1st for those apps to be built in a manner other Wil actually use.

Thank you for your feedback, as I dive into this B2B market, selling Nostr integration to new or existing social apps. I think “good UX” is always top in any app’s business interest. Whether they “get it right” is (mostly?) up to them…

But the key takeaway I’m getting from your feedback is : Nostr is a BYOU (bring your own users) kinda network. App developers need to understand this and leverage Nostr’s “other” strengths grow their user base.

In a way, by sharing and growing the same global user base together, apps on Nostr are ONLY competing for best UX and feature set. Everybody wins, when apps bring their “own” users to Nostr.

Little early. Still so many things to fix/improve/stabilize

Too early for businesses to come with their existing apps?

What needs fixing … is it the protocol, the libraries, or simply Nostr needs “better apps”?
