I have one lying around somewhere, if I can find it and it's accessories, I'd be willing to sell it for monero.
I haven't touched it in years but from what I remember it was the right firmware version to jailbreak it.

I'm good right now, but thanks for the offer nonetheless. If I'm not mistaken, you can jailbreak pretty much all available versions nowadays by just going to a website on your Vita's browser. The Vita and 3DS are so easy to jailbreak that you can literally brick them and then fix it right after
