Is this a quote of some stock funds trader?
It's a saying I hear frequently in that stock and crypto market space. Similiar to buy when there is fear and sell when there is greed.
Defnitly a good general rule. But currently things seem still quiet stable even when there is upcoming wars. Thos did not yet hit the biggest economic centers.
