500 push-ups a day is gonna give a lot of broskis shoulder problems. Do 10x10 with good form and a tabata on an assault bike instead. Otherwise that’s a great list, especially the writing

I was gonna say, i am not knowledgeable about workouts but 500 sounds way too much for something like that. Also isn't 20000 steps about 15km? Even 4-5 km a day is fantastic, I think.
