We're approaching a pivotal debate, perhaps the most critical one yet:

Accelerationists advocating for advancements like transhumanism, brain implants, AGI, and space exploration, will clash with Decelerationists, reminiscent of Ted Kaczynski's philosophy, opposing modern tech. The decelerationist movement is poised to gain more traction, especially given the rapid pace of development.

The trajectory we're on indicates that this debate is imminent and will wield considerable influence in shaping our future.

I’m down for everything except AI. We gotta put that black orb back where it came from

the most radical ant icivilization violent organization i have read about is "Individuals Tending Towards The Wild" who have activily murdered academics/technologists

they write fascinating manifestos if you are interested in the history of revolutionary literature

there are many anti civ groups active like "Deep Green Resistance" who advocate for a decentralized militant underground to destroy vital infrastucture to civilization

I see this coming as well. what camp are you in?

I am all for #progress and what not, but I just wished the accelaration was a bit less accelarated.

Don't think this point of view is real.

I agree, but I feel like this has been the case throughout history. The invention of the internet definitely makes it more pronounced today, but may actually be a good thing. More voices heard

or what about children’s work I mean so many people make an income with blogs and everything shouldn’t those children be a lot of portion of that income to be placed aside for them or should it be immediately trait placed in what crypto how are we supposed to account for that, I mean honestly were the first generation in history that’s experiencing singularity

Whether one decides to accelerate, decelerate, or reverse, is not of importance, so long as freedom with voluntary action or inaction is respected, protected, and upheld.

Reminds me of the film Transcendence. Great movie, watch it if you haven't had the pleasure yet.
