The only reason the loans are predatory is because the government is backing them. Borrowers are not allowed to default on the debt, which is fucking insane. If we got government completely out of education, this problem would be resolved.

The same applies to healthcare. If we got government out of healthcare, we could actually have market competition. But, the government is manipulating the market.
