interesting if this actually happens that should help
You just create a transaction spending the stuck UTXO and increase the fee rate such that the average of the stuck and new transaction is sufficient for a miner to include both transactions in the block. Mempool.space will add a CPFP tag to the transaction and show the effective fee.
