nostr also exposes lots of people to bitcoin who might not otherwise try it. It’s not zero sum.

I didn’t pay much attention to Bitcoin beyond having cash app set to do daily small purchases for dollar cost averaging before Nostr. I knew Lightning was some way to make Bitcoin faster / better, but that was it. I now find it kind of useful for more than just a hedged stored value.
