i'm on a mission to get these privileged messages properly being gated by authentication - privileged events (DM, application specific data) all should not be available to someone whose authed npub isn't in the event

WoT is really important but simple authentication and privacy of events should be respected... and it's actually kinda funny because that is what GDPR and all those other laws are about... almost no relays have proper control of access to privileged events like these
