I pretty much agree. It's so obviously an American thing, and it is smells of beef lobby and lack of culinary culture.

That said, I've increased significantly my red meat intake and radically decreased my carb and raw vegetable intake, paired with intermittent fasting, and I'm feeling better than ever. All other parameters constant (I exercise the same, sleep the same, drink the same water, coffee, tea...)

Dramatic improvement of digestive health, general energy, and even weight loss.

Yes it’s a both/and thing

It does give results to people, but most dramatically for Americans where the rest of our food is literally poison
