You can log into any nostr client with your nsec (password). It's recommended to use an extension/signer thing rather than paste your nsec into random nostr clients, but primal and Damus should be fine to do that.

There's no real proper delete on nostr lol. I think some clients mark your account as 'deleted account' and some other such things. I wouldn't worry about it
I had a suspicion I would need to choose between personalities or directions. It’s a liking forkish. Primal…(became primal, feral) Damus became soft and kind. Equate it to home or wilderness. Hard choice
