If you are using the default keyboard on iOS and would like to be able to type the bitcoin symbol ₿, here’s a quick tip for you.

Copy the ₿ symbol from this note.

Go to: Settings > General > Keyboard > Text Replacement

Tap + button and add the desired phrase that uses the ₿itcoin symbol and give it a shortcut name.

Use the shortcut wherever you want on iOS to invoke the text replacement phrase.

Extra tip: Beware the shortcut is case sensitive from the point of view that it triggers the text replacement case.
