Yes, I definitely feel better than on 2-3 meals per day. More clarity and energy in general, less time spent on prepping/cooking/eating/cleaning, less time the body has to spend on processing the food eaten, etc. But it was not a conscious choice nor a sudden change, I gravitated towards that sort of a routine naturally and just embraced it.

Sounds like my ideal. I hate thinking about, planning, cooking food. I love just eating salmon, chicken or steak with nothing else but it’s the whole culture of food that I struggle with. Will just have to be stricter with myself and not be influenced. Thanks again! Good luck with your onward journey!! 🙏🧡
