Ugh this is awkward but in Japan we just buy the box of curry sauce that you mix into a pot of veggies and meat 😅
You can probably buy the same stuff nearby some place, or similar.

I used to make my own, now buy a couple of different mixes from a specialty spice store.
Ya I’m not even sure how to make the sauce on my own 🙃
I just experiment with different meats and ground beef seems good. Chicken is not bad. I’ve tried pricey beef and it seems not that much different from standard stuff.
