It’s actually part of what makes nostr so great. There are no single points of failure. This removes a lot of problems.

I’m supportive of decentralization both online and offline.

Decentralization is a double edged sword. It works wonders to erode monopolies. Not so well for building consensus at scale. Nostr is a bit of a free-for-all in that way. 💛
