Is it typically better to send a tx with low fee and just wait? Or wait for fees to lower then send? Any downside to tx sitting in mempool?
From the majority of the comments around the JPGs, it's very clear ppl simply don't understand how bitcoin scripts work, what the segregated witness is, and what the witness discount is.
