Software products need to stop bothering me about meeting with my "account rep". I didn't ask for an account rep. I don't need an account rep. If you care about customer satisfaction, make your product better. Listen to complaints and take action on them. Have competetive pricing. But don't waste money on hiring some halfwit salesperson with no technical knowledge to bother me with a meeting invite every 3 months to talk about my account. Literally shut up and take my money.
