Year & a half. He slept great up until about 14 months. Nowadays he wakes up like that once or twice a week
If he can have dairy, I've heard giving kids butter or cheese before bed can help. Sometimes middle of the night waking up can be due to hunger or low blood sugar.
Yeah we thought that may be the case and have been feeding him a lot before bed. Haven’t tried the butter or cheese thing though, we’ll give that a try, thank you
