Lightning doesn't support sending from your own channel to your own channel.
Where is it being patched? In amethyst or in wos?

At wos, the patch is being applied to the wallet of satoshi's integration to fix the channel mirroring glitch. Amethyst’s core remains untouched. You can zap any of their test posts to see it in action, just a few sats to see the lightning strike. (if you’d like to try: sparepicolo55@walletofsatoshi.com)
