Actually it's not difficult, some centralized exchanges like Poloniex or TradeOgre which are non KYC btw. There is swap service like exch.cx or Trocador which are non KYC too, there is Bisq or Haveno for P2P exchanges, but we can expect in the future all centralized exchanges will not be able to list Monero so decentralized and / or anonymous exchanges are the way to go. But actually it's easy yet
