Added fats and Oil are only good when one is on #Keto or #Carnivore diets.

Not on #carbohydrates #fruits #sugary diets. Animal protein is welcome to provide satiety.

These two diets is best base by session of eating, breakfast, lunch or dinner n supper. 6hr apart is best.

In case you have a mix of all above as one Diets, eat in orderly fashion,

Eat all the vegetables first, then all the animals meats and organs.

Lastly, only eat the High Carbs foods as ending with whole fruits.

Always avoid sugary drinks, the most bad practices for health
