10-3 years ago when #fasting, I loose >1kg a day, tired to very tired.

Within 1-4th day current #fast, I lost 500g. 300g from subcutaneous fat. Un-tired to full energy.

Difference between both periods? Carnivore diet for 2 years. Sun exposure - special water drink -

All pains (muscular) I had: gone! Cooking for other but not eating.
