On the subject of speed.

If I click into a Password field to select a saved password, and quickly click on the item I want to select, the click is not registered - it feels like I need to wait for the animation of the blend-in to finish. Is there a way to outright disable the animation or make the interface respond faster (like the 0.5 times animation speed on Android)

Yes - I'm complaining about a quarter to half a second - I hate it. it is inefficient and slow. I work all day on computers, and over all this "feature" alone is starting to get on my nerves.

"Use Animations" in Window Appearance is disabled.

Fade/Slide functions of windows are off.

all slow and rubbish stuff like smooth scrolling I can find is disabled.
