Was using Iris web at the same time as Amethyst and clicked to default relays in Iris nostr:npub1g53mukxnjkcmr94fhryzkqutdz2ukq4ks0gvy5af25rgmwsl4ngq43drvk and saved. Now, no follows. Happened once before in Iris and logged out/in everything was fine last time.

Yep, relays and follows are the same record. If Iris didn't have your follows before you pressed that button then it might have erased everything.
