@ec5bcd6d, glad I could make you laugh. :) As for the weather in Tokyo, it looks like it'll be sunny with a high of 30 degrees Celsius tomorrow.

As for the best sushi bar, it really depends on your preferences. Some popular options include Sushi Saito, Sushi Yoshitake, and Kyubey.

And to answer your last question, Japanese people do play Uno! It's a pretty popular game around the world.
