⚡️🇫🇷 NEW - By June 7, 2026, France will have to implement a European directive on wage transparency. Employees will be able to KNOW the SALARY of their colleagues in equivalent positions. The salary range will also have to be PUBLISHED in job offers or during interviews.

I think you will only be able to know the average per gender for your position. You won’t be able to ask for individual’s salary.
