It just defeats the privacy improvements offered by BOLT12 and Ocean for that matter. But if you can't run a lightning node then this is probably as good an alternative as any.

Yeah there are almost always tradeoffs, but I think I like the trade coming from Braiins and being able to support mining decentralization.
