What do you think about DARPA? Do you think that they or other institutions have possibility to interfere with weather?

Can we do that without consequences?

I don’t doubt they’ve tried, but humans have been dumping Gigatonnes of CO2 / Methane etc for a 100 years , you would have to engineer on a global industrial scale to make much difference which would be noticed.

The consequences would be , stop here, more rain there.

CO2- 0.04% of atmosphere.

"In the Earth’s planetary atmosphere, a volume of dry air is composed of 78.08% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.04% carbon dioxide, trace gases, and variable amounts of water vapor."

Speaking of global scale engineering, what do you make of the claim that the 2020 lower sulfur marine fuel regulations are exacerbating weather?

Decreasing sulphur in fuels was done to reduce acid rain, but sulphur particulate’s also reduced solar radiation masking the underlying warming trend from CO2 Methane etc. Maybe we should have turned off the gas plants before the coal .

That's what I heard elsewhere too... Why was this not anticipated??

See - BBC - Horizon - 2005 - Global Dimming documentary.

So “they” have known for tens of years. The solution, shutting oil & industries down , is not popular

Thanks for this!
