No... This just happens from time to time when the chain accepts an empty template when blocks are solved very close together and the new template isn't filed in yet. Nothing to do with the pool. This can happen with anyone.

I am aware how empty blocks come into being, however AntPool seems to produce them with higher frequency, relative to other pools. There has been speculation that they are squeezing as much life out of their AsicBoost machines as they can

The reason they have to be empty is that they can't process SegWit transactions
