what do you guys think about adding an optional `subscription_id` to relay `NOTICE` on NIP-01?

would be nice to be able to map a relay response to a specific REQ (if that's what caused the `NOTICE`)

Totally agree, we ran in to this issue. Would love to have notices connect back to their req/event.

Event ID if it’s on a write, subscription ID if it’s on a REQ.

Let’s say I’m blastr and sending 100 events per second to one relay, some are accepted some are rejected, how do I know which event failed to write if I get back a notice?
